Sports Flyer's Estates

WELCOME TO OUR AVIATION AIRPARK

A volunteer-led group protecting property rights and maintaining our unique aviation airpark.

Contact Us

Sports Flyer's Estates is an airpark built on freedom, responsibility, and a shared love of aviation. Our Land Use Restrictions (LURs) were established to preserve our unique lifestyle — not to impose a heavy-handed HOA. Our community values curb appeal and safety — not HOA overreach.

Recent Election:
June 29, 2025, we held an open election for the Sports Flyer's Estates Maintenance Committee. Ballots were counted publicly with tallies shown on a whiteboard. Owners present witnessed the process, and photos are available. Vote counts ranged from 44 to 47 votes per candidate (President Joe Axline received 47 votes) out of 47 ballots — 59.5% of the 79 lots. Additional votes supporting us arrived after the election date. Copies of all ballots are available. As in past decades (including the 2024 election), all owners voted together — there was no separate Phase I or Phase II vote.
