📍 Annual Meeting & Budget Approval Vote (Open to All Property Owners)
Date: Sunday, December 14, 2025  Time: 3:30 PM
Location: 4706 Windsock Lane 
Purpose:
      Counting of Votes for the approval of the 2026 Maintenance Budget
      Year-end updates and next steps.

✉️ Important Notes:   
All property owners are encouraged to submit their votes by December 13th and /or attend and bring their vote on December 14th, 2025.

A budget summary and voting instructions will be mailed/emailed in advance of the December meeting.  If you have questions or would like to propose items for discussion, please email us at: admin@sportsflyers.com
