3:30 – 3:35 PM | Welcome & Introductions
    Call to order
    Introduction of Maintenance Committee officers

3:35 – 4:25 PM | 
    Open discussion of owner-submitted maintenance concerns.

          Road Maintenance: Planning for gravel fill for our current road systems.
          Maintenance Funding: A proposal to standardize funding so the amount is the same for all properties.
          Land Use Restriction Discussion: Considerations for modifying the current LUR to reflect standards, including a working committee, updateable every 10 years as needed.
          Website Integration: Joe Axline will lead a push to have all property owners registered on the Sports Flyers website to streamline communication.
          Safety & Visibility: Discussion on the installation of wire balls (requiring direct coordination) or the alternative of a lighted flagpole.
          VASI System: Discussion on Visual Approach Slope Indicators.
          Sign Banners Discussion on the North and South sides, saying Low Flying Airplanes.
          Stockdick Update: Will have a two-lane asphalt road with curbs, with access to sports flyers and Windsock. Underground, buried, then in 5 to 10 years will become a 4-lane road.
          Public vs. Private Status: Discussion on request regarding airport status. Note: This requires 100% participation/approval and carries significant liability implications.
