      Counting of Votes for the approval of the 2026 Maintenance Budget
      Year-end updates and next steps.

✉️ Important Notes:   

The differences appear to have been resolved, and the legacy Maintenance Committee will continue to manage the maintenance and funding at Sports Flyer’s Estates.

All property owners are encouraged to submit their votes by December 13th and /or attend and bring their vote on December 14th, 2025.
